GLA grants permission for GNLP: we’re preparing a judicial review

The GLA has now granted planning permission for the GNLP redevelopment, without any substantial changes to what was previously proposed.

We now have just under six weeks to bring a judicial review challenge. Our legal team is already reviewing the case and putting together a pre-action letter. They believe there are multiple grounds worth pursuing.

We now need to boost fundraising to cover the significant legal costs of pursuing the case. We are increasing our current target to £23k so an additional £10k is needed if possible, please dig deep.

We will keep you informed every step of the way and will share the precise details of our challenge as soon as we can.

This is our last chance to get this development stopped in its current form. We want to stop it and pave the way for a more sensible proposal at lower densities, with a higher proportion of decent family and affordable homes, and robust measures to protect wildlife at the Glebelands Nature Reserve and onsite.
