Join us for the Community Charity Walkathon at the Glebelands on Sunday 14th June 2026 at 2 PM.
It’s a 5 km walk, 5 laps around the Glebelands open space, next to Great North Leisure Park. Have fun while raising money for local charities and building the community. Whether you are an avid walker or just wanting a pleasant stroll, this will be a great afternoon.
By walking at Glebelands we will also be opposing the proposed massive development next door. This over-dense scheme of tall blocks will harm local character, deprive the community and young people of entertainment and harm our local nature reserve with its protected species.
Organized by Our North Finchley, local residents who are dedicated to building the neighbourhoods that the community really needs. We are kindly being supported by Raphael House, a local charity offering counselling in North Finchley, for children, young people and families.
It’s an opportunity to connect as a community, escape from those intrusive screens, and get the steps in!
